# Pend

> Pend is an architecture and interiors studio based in Leith, Edinburgh, creating thoughtful, characterful spaces to live in across Edinburgh, the Lothians and Scotland.

Pend works with homeowners, self-builders and developers on sensitive alterations, extensions, new homes and larger residential developments. The studio combines joyful design, careful material thinking and close collaboration, bringing the same curiosity and attention to detail to every scale of project.

Pend offers architectural services from early feasibility and concept design through planning, Building Warrant, technical design, tender, construction and handover. Available service levels allow the studio's involvement to be tailored to the project and the support required.
